My career is defined by taking products from concept to reality—whether that means establishing strategic manufacturing partnerships in Asia, architecting full-stack systems from embedded firmware to cloud infrastructure, or securing multi-million-pound enterprise contracts. Today, through my consultancy, I help tech ventures modernize their R&D pipelines, optimize hardware production, and scale for European markets.
